We pride ourselves on our high level of customer service, therefore we ensure each interaction with our clients is easy and hassle free.

Stage 1: Establishing Your Wants
Upon our initial contact, we clearly establish our client's requirements.

Stage 2: Personal Touch
We then have a one-on-one meeting with our client, normally on the site where the work is required. Written material about our company is given at this first meeting to ensure our clients understand exactly how we operate, and what standards they should expect to receive from SSM.

Stage 3: Quotes
If a quote is not given at the initial meeting, we will fax one out to you as soon as we get back into the office. A credit application and our terms and conditions will also be faxed, and this needs to be completed as soon as possible so we can open an account for you and commence works.

Stage 4: Specific Staff
Now we have agreed on prices, working and payment conditions, our operations team works on finding employees that best suit our clients job specifications.

Stage 5: The Transaction
Once the job has been completed, SSM's employee is required to have a docket signed by our client as proof the work was completed. From these dockets, a weekly invoice is formed and payment is required within 30 days.

Stage 6: The Extra's
If our clients have any additional requests or queries, our Queensland Manager or a member of the operations team can be contacted at any time and will assist you with your request.
